How long will it take to
receive my order?
We normally ship the same day for all orders we get by 10:00 a.m or the next
business day after that. All orders are shipped UPS so you will receive it
typically in 2-3 business days.
Can I exchange or return
products?
You can exchange or return products for credit or new products within 30 days.
You just have to pay all related shipping costs
Can I fax my order to WyomingTraders.com?
Yes. Once you have a wholesale account set up with us, you can fax your orders
to us any time.
How are orders shipped?
Wyoming Traders uses UPS for all of our shipping. This has proven to be the
fastest and most reliable shipping method.
Can I check the status of
my order?
You can check the status of your order any time by calling
or emailing us.
Do you have a printed catalog?
We do have color brochures which we send out with your initial wholesale order.
What forms of payment do
you accept.
Currently we accept check or money order. Read more about our payment terms

Can I pay with a credit
card?
We currently do not accept credit card payments so that we can give you the
absolute lowest prices. Credit card companies take anywhere from 2-3% of each
transaction and we would have to add that onto our prices.
What are the payment terms?
All sales are 30 days net or C.O.D. Any other term
must be arranged with us before any sales are final.
The larger the number, the heavier the weight.
